WENXIA GRACE ZHANG

Founder & Chairwoman

In collaboration with Chairman Uon Vichetr of Adaeng Development Co., Ltd and Winston Chia, Chairman of Duriemas Sdn Bhd, Wen Xia Grace Zhang established six SPVs in Cambodia. These ventures focus on investing in clean renewable energy, industrial estate planning and development, agro-food processing parks, electronics and technology industries, real estate, natural resources, land management, and infrastructure development. Their collective goal is to drive sustainable growth and economic advancement in Cambodia, creating a thriving ecosystem that fosters innovation and contributes to the nation’s prosperity.

Driven by her passion for technology, Wen Xia Grace Zhang founded Ark Electromechanical Company in 2011. After completing her general studies in China, her first employer, Qingdao Maozhi Electronics, sponsored her for an intensive training program in Japan, where she mastered enterprise management.

CHIA SZE WEI (WINSTON)

Founder & Vice-Chairman

Winston Chia is a seasoned leader with over 22 years of extensive professional experience in China, specializing in investment management, technology, renewable energy, international trade, and strategic partnerships. He has a proven track record of steering organizations toward growth and innovation, holding key positions in prominent companies. As Chairman of China International Investment Stock Ltd, Winston directed strategic investments across diverse sectors, strengthening international collaborations and leading high-impact projects.
Winston is also the founder of Grand Selection China, a reputable enterprise specializing in supply chain optimization and resource management. He has held leadership roles in several companies, including Chairman of DKSB Resources, Director of Lambda Technology Sdn Bhd, Seventech Global Sdn Bhd, GreenEnergy Ltd (Hong Kong), Bohai Seaport Ltd (China), and Haihua International Traders Ltd (China). His leadership has driven technological advancements, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices, contributing significantly to renewable energy adoption and enhanced regional and global trade networks.

UON VICHETR (VIC)

Founder & CEO

Mr.Uon Vichetr is an impact-driven leader with nearly 25 years of experience spearheading initiatives to uplift underserved communities in Cambodia. As the Chairman of Adaeng Development Co., Ltd, he has been instrumental in driving sustainable development through various innovative projects. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the establishment of Adaeng Development Co., Ltd, Adaeng Land Co.,  td, and Kehak, Inc., which focus on essential sectors like municipal water supply, renewable energy, and sustainable urban planning.

Mr. Uon’s commitment to social responsibility is reflected in his founding of the Sao Sary Foundation (SSF), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children and their families. His leadership and dedication have earned him recognition from prestigious organizations like Mediacorp Pte. Ltd, BBC, and InspireFlix.
